Man of Steel by Martin Ansin & Ken Taylor
24” X 36” screen prints. Ansin’s regular edition (top) is a TIMED release for 3 days, beginning Friday 12:01am CST, June 14th and ending Monday 12:01am CST, 17th June. The Metal Variant (bottom) is a limited edition of 100 and will also be on sale the 14th June at a random time.
Ken Taylor’s pieces are 20” X 36” in a regular edition of 300, and the grey Variant in an edition of 150. These pieces will both be released in the usual manner at a random time on Thursday 13th June 2013, via Mondo’s twitter announcement HERE.

Here’s another infographic I did for HalloweenCostumes.com, this time illustrating the history of the emblem on Superman’s chest.
Until I researched this, I had no idea just how many variations the shield went through in its first five years, before they settled on the classic design that went mostly unchanged for over five decades.

Somebody on Twitter was bitching about how they wished the Man of Steel chest emblem was more “historic” or something and I wanted to be like, “Son, which historic chest emblem do you mean?”
