Rest in peace Carmine Infantino, a legendary comic book artist who helped bring comics into the Silver Age.
He’s the guy who brought The Flash back from oblivion, creating the iconic red costume and many of the elements people think of when they think of the Scarlet Speedster, including characters like Wally West, Iris West, Captain Cold, Captain Boomerang, Gorilla Grodd, and Mirror Master. Outside The Flash, he co-created Batgirl and the Elongated Man. Did I mention he created the concept of the Multiverse in comics?
Mr. Infantino was probably one of the most iconic comic book creators of all time.
