I felt good about drawing yesterday so I took advantage of that and drew this. Inked it tonight after getting a bit of work done. I love Captain Marvel. He’s one of those characters that’s generally best when people exploit how innocent and fun he is instead of how he’s totally badass and like Superman (who is also badass) but a little more badass because he has lightning or whatever people try to do with him that always fails. Morrison in Superman Beyond 3D. Tomasi in that Black Adam miniseries (he wasn’t in it much but changing Black Adam’s word to Chocolate Cream whatever, that’s what I mean more of that). Like those awesome times when Doug Mahnke got to draw that stuff. That’s what I’m talking about. I’m tired. Meandering rant over. Thanks.
